Dialing Instructions from Russia

1. Dial Toll Free Access Number, wait for a prompt:
   8 (800) 707-6172
  
2. Switch the phone to Tone Mode (if necessary) by pressing (*) key. 
   Enter registered phone number or PIN number.

3. Dial a Destination Number

   US and Canada:  1 (Area code) (Phone number)
   Other countries: (Country code) (City code) (Phone number)
   Inside Russia: 7 (City code) (Phone number)

   If no connection is established within 20 seconds, please 
   press * key twice (**) and try again.
